I just love the fall. From the pumpkinpatch to the apple farm, I could take a field trip every day. Last week I took the kids to pick apples. The problem was when we got there, they weren't picking apples that day. Well, who could resist Jack? Apparently not the little old lady who ran the farm. Jack said, "what...no apples to pick?!? But Mom, we came sooooo far...."(a 3 mile drive to WalMart is a looooong drive to Jack)But anyway, she took pity on us and said,"well, honey, I hate that you drove all this way and you have to turn around emptyhanded. You just go on back and pick them kids some apples!"
We were so happy she let us go! There is something about those big brown eyes that people just can't refuse.
Riley carrying our apple-bag like a purse. Such a priss.
I think there are a lot of apples laying around with one Riley bite in them.
He spotted a yellow jacket, his mortal enemy! He was a bit hesitant for a few minutes.
AHA! He thought he was being very helpful getting the high apples.
Of Course, I could NEVER get a shot of the two of them actually looking at me.
HAPPY FALL!
