Here is how it started...
I have neveer been able to keep a plant alive, so I decided to start small...and I still felt like this was a HUGE garden.
We got some tomatoes, onions, peppers(which did die and I yanked them) and some squash and zucchini ans planted them. Having no gardening experience, I misjudged how much room we would need, I didnt realize everything would get so big!
So here we go...c'mon, babies..lets GROW!
A little sun and a little water...(sometimes a LOT of water, thanks to my hired help)
And somehow...we have vegetables! (that is a cucumber haha!!)
See how crowded it is? Next year I'll probably either make it a little bit bigger or I'll just do a couple veggies.
And I am really proud of our corn. Ok, technically it's not OUR corn. It is in the field that backs up to our yard. I'm wondering if they would notice a few ears missing?

Yum! I'm sure they won't realize a few ears of corn missing. Makes me want to have a garden. Did all the country critters stay out?
I'm impressed! I want to try a small garden next year.
Cukes? I'm SO impressed!
Wow, look at you and your crop! That's some cucumber.
