So this was Easter before we put on their PARKAS mittens and scarves(slight exaggeration) to go to church. It actually snow-flurried today. BBBRRRRRRR......
The Easter Bunny brought Jack a Webkinz which he didn't get to play with. We were getting ready to go out the door this morning and I happened to see out of the corner of my eye that someone had written on my wall with a pen! I asked him if he did it and thankfully he still can't lie to me, so he admitted that he did. HOW OLD IS HE????? Toddlers write on walls. Not (almost) 5 year olds! He did explain that it was Teapot's idea(his imaginary friend) and that he would NEVER think to do something like that. How sad is it that my 4 year old gets peer pressure from his imaginary friend.....How I dread the teenage years.
And meanwhile Riley was just being the darling that she is...quietly and patiently waiting for us to go to church. Oh yeah right. She had busted into the jelly beans and had green and orange jelly bean drool COVERING the front of her new dress. Boy was she happy, and boy was I MAD!!! So, unfortunately none of us arrived at church this morning with happy or cheerful hearts. (Except Riley, but that may have been a sugar buzz.....)
Happy Easter, everyone!

Thank goodness they make those white sweaters to cover up the inappropriate for the weather dresses the designers make every year.
Maybe some day they will clue into the fact that SLEEVLESS dresses don'f fly in MARCH or early APRIL.
Lily had sleevless on too, but with a jacket over it.
Really.
Everyone looks cute!
Love the pictures!! Was it really Riley who snuck the jelly beans?? C'mon now!
Send me one of the whole gang!
yes it was.(jack was too busy defacing my property) I had put them into plastic eggs and she had an egg shaking it. I THOUGHT she couldn't open it. I was wrong!
