Beautiful Real Estate

We are trying to sell our house. This week put the skidz on any chance of selling in the near future. So now I have decided to try selling my house on Blogger. Can't hurt. So if you are in the market, read on....

For the LOW LOW price of (ok we'll pretty much take anything at this point...)here is what YOU TOO can get in the idyllic setting of Mainevile, Ohio.

A beautiful view of heavy equipment will greet you each morning. It is so peaceful to wake up to the roar of a diesel engine at 7am. Imagine never having to pay a babysitter again! That's right. you can plunk your kids on the front lawn for hours and they will watch tractors, diggers, cement mixers and dump trucks all day long! All they need is the occasional sandwich and you are free to watch your soaps or surf the net all day long!

If you look closely at the real estate sign, you'll see that there is a finished basement. You can put your kids down there when the diesel engines are STILL roaring at naptime!

And for those of you who are safety conscious, the oversized yard is fenced in and we will also throw in the cute little OSHA inspector, his safety goggles and his John Deere.NOT FREE. We will have to negotiate a price. He is in high demand.(And I birthed him)

Serious inquiries only, please. I am sick of cleaning and picking up my house for people who are "just browsing", "not ready to buy" "working on creative routes of financing" and "we really just want to build".

NO YOU CAN'T LEASE IT, EITHER.

You are frickin hilarious.
If you can't sell your house on Blogger, then try ebay.
It might work.
Especially if you throw in the OSHA inspector for a reasonable price.
You know, if they can sell a frosted flake in the shape of Illinois, then your house will go too!

God love him...he really thought if he was all ready to go(with his goggles and tractor) might just ask him to help out. He spent many many hours on the front lawn this week!

My uncle is an Ebay professional. Makes his living off of buying antiques and selling them.. In one year he made enough to take him and his wife to Ireland for 2 weeks... I'm sure he can help!! lol
