Jack and I were walking around the neighborhood and he decided he wanted some hot chocolate. We went to Starbucks where the line was OUT THE DOOR. So we kept going. There we stumbled upon a divine creation.
It is called the Cocoa Bar. Imagine a bakery/coffee shop chocolatier AND they serve wine.
Anyway, we went in and found a cozy little corner where we shared a piece of chocolate cake, Jack had hot chocolate and I had a glass of wine.
We were sitting next to a group of local mommies and their kids. They were talking about what HORRIBLE Moms they were
"I am the worst Mom in the world...I bought NON ORGANIC baby food."
"Gasp..NON-ORGANIC? Well, don't feel bad. I am weaning little Peter...and he is ONLY 3 years old!"
"Oh yeah, well johnny just wont let me carry him in the sling anymore" (Johnny is also about 3 and enjoying a cookie OFF THE FLOOR)
I was going to join in and tell them, OH YEAH...MY kids were licking the subway windows to see who could reach the highest with their tongues.
I was thinking to myself Hey girls, none of that makes you bad Moms. But 2 empty wine bottles between you at 300 in the afternoon? Not judging...I'm just sayin'...

Yuck. Both the mom's and your kids licking the windows! But your kids are cuter and waaay less annoying.:)

Hilarious. hey can we have 2 bottles of wine and let our kids eat cookies off the floor at 3 pm?
